These halo rings are always so popular but I have had a hard time acquiring ones with an emerald. I had one other that sold quickly so I thought I would offer up the other one I currently have. : )
Center natural oval emerald surrounded by a halo of 10 old mine cut diamonds with an added rose cut set into each shoulder for added sparkle. Total weight is around .8 carats in diamonds.

I purchased this in France. It is in 18k gold and topped in platinum and hallmarked as such. Buttery gold elegant shank and ribbed shoulders.

Layers well with other pieces with a wonderful pop of color.

Antique box is not included. Listing is for the one ring with the others in the stack shown for color comparison and scale.

MEASUREMENTS:
Size 7 3/4 . It weighs 4.25 grams. The ring face 13x12mm and 4.8mm tall. The emerald is about 6.5x5mm. Each diamonds is about 2.8mm. I would not remove the stones but just using online estimates it is at least around .8 carat total weight in diamonds and upwards from there.
Please note the dimensions as I have small fingers and it can be difficult to tell scale from pictures.

IMPORTANT CONDITION NOTES:
Please note that all my pieces are pre-owned and in estate condition. There is a worn prong here or there but a lot of long prongs remain so this one is in nice condition considering age. The diamonds are very nice, even under magnification I don't detect any glaring inclusions and definitely no dark or carbon spots. No nicks or chips to the diamonds either. The emerald has some natural inclusions and cloudier spots but not a lot of abrasions and a lovely sheen and polish. Wonderful color and sparkle in a popular design with the more scarce emerald center.

But - Please note due to age, this piece is not in mint condition. Pictures also serve as part of the description and condition report so please utilize the zoom feature which will magnify any wear significantly more than what is visible to the eye while wearing : )
