Back from my summer inventory trips to several countries / cities in Europe. I am selling an assortment of vintage to antique jewelry and rings which I have hunted for and gathered one at a time from around the world. Some examples seen in the last photo - thanks for stopping by!

This sweet boy is quite the chunker with wonderful lifelike detail, a large domed presence on the finger and a sturdy, quality hand feel.

I got this one in Milan while shopping with my lovely friend. I love figural and animal jewelry and this one in such nice quality fabrication was one I really wanted to have in the shop.

Crafted in heavy 14k gold, tested, it is two tone in color, where the feathers above the eyes and towards the beak are topped in white gold and set with diamonds for sparkle. Feather details cover all sides of the owl head and the eyes are each set with a grayish brown cat's eye chrysoberyl. At least that is how they appear to me, I would not remove them for testing, but they have striations that catch the light to glow from within.

It does have some letters stamped inside but I can't decipher them.

Could be considered a unisex piece. Owls are considered a symbol of wealth, prosperity, wisdom, good luck, and fortune. If it were me, I'd definitely cling to the reminder to practice wisdom : )

I love how he sort of props up on the finger to perch there looking up at you.
Antique boxes, props, mice, dishes ; ) not included. Please note the measurements as I have small fingers and it can be difficult to determine scale from pictures.

MEASUREMENTS:

Size 6 1/2

Ring face is 16.3mm north to south and it stands 7.5mm off the finger. The eyes are about 4mm each. It weighs 12.7 grams.

IMPORTANT CONDITION NOTES:

Sturdy and wearable in excellent pre-owned condition with just a bit of wear as expected for a vintage piece.

Please note that all my pieces are pre-owned and in estate condition. They will have patina, surface wear, a few small nicks. These pieces may also have evidence of a sizing, some build up around the stones and / or inclusions seen under magnification, typical for antique pieces. I have mentioned any noticeable issues above and they are all still wearable and eager to be loved and accepted for many years to come, (the preservation of antique jewelry, even those with signs of their age and history, is important to me. : )
But - Please note due to age, this piece is not in mint condition. Pictures also serve as part of the description and condition report so please utilize the zoom feature which will magnify any wear significantly more than what is visible to the eye while wearing : )
