ABOUT:

Sparkle, geometry and buttery gold. This wonderful antique ring combines the popularity of a five stone ring into the versatility of a wide band stacker. The five diamonds graduate in size and are set in a marquise shaped bezel.

Very comfortable to wear and layers well with other pieces. Found in the UK, this ring is crafted in 18k gold and has an old 18k stamp inside.

Please note the detailed measurements that I always provide, as I have small fingers and it can be difficult to determine scale from pictures where I am required to show zoomed in detail.

SIZE & MEASUREMENTS:
Size 6, a bit snug.

The band is 5.6mm north south at the face of the ring. About 2.6mm off the finger with a nice dome to the gold work. Weight is 4.2 grams.

The center diamond is about 3.5mm, the flanking two about 3mm and the end stones about 2.2mm each. I do not remove stones from antique settings for exact measurements but estimates to a little over half a carat.

IMPORTANT CONDITION NOTES:

The largest center diamond is eye clean. The others are typical antique stones with some faint frosty inclusions seen mostly under magnification. Nothing glaring while wearing. A worn prong here and there to keep an eye on over time, typical and expected for age. The shank is sturdy.

Please note that all my pieces are pre-owned and in estate condition. They will have patina, surface wear, a few small nicks. These pieces may also have evidence of a sizing, some build up around the stones and / or inclusions seen under magnification, typical for antique pieces. I have mentioned any noticeable issues above and they are all still wearable and eager to be loved and accepted for many years to come, (the preservation of antique jewelry, even those with signs of their age and history, is important to me. : )
But - Please note due to age, this piece is not in mint condition. Pictures also serve as part of the description and condition report so please utilize the zoom feature which will magnify any wear significantly more than what is visible to the eye while wearing : )
