ABOUT:

Ornate swirling ring with beautiful movement, lobed edges to the ends of the swirls almost like leaves, acanthus or feathers. Pretty north south footprint on the finger set with little rose cut diamonds for a hint of sparkle. The goldwork glows and is faceted with added migraine details to the edges, all to add texture and to catch the light.

I purchased this from a lovely woman in Barcelona, we were laughing that I could not get the smell of the peel your own jumbo prawns from my fingers while I was trying on the rings. She found my admission quite hilarious but said that it is common in their part of the world and they are used to it. (Check out my instagram if you're a foodie, I always try a bunch of different things on these sourcing trips and some of my followers love to follow along).

Found in Spain and was told it was likely Spanish in origin.

No hallmarks remain but sold to me as 18k and tested to confirm. Lovely glow.

Please note the measurements as I have small fingers and it can be difficult to determine scale from pictures. Antique box is not included.

18 mm north south.
It weighs 1.5 grams.

IMPORTANT CONDITION NOTES:

Typical antique rose cuts, irregular, frosty, rough edges. Still catches the light to add a nice glint of sparkle atop the interesting shape.
